Located in Dubrovnik and nestled in the stunning Lapad Bay, Boutique Villa Filaus has always attracted the attention of curious passers-by. Being built in 1931, the lavishness of its front façade evokes all the beauty and splendour of times past.
Villa Filaus is situated right next to the beautiful Lapad Bay promenade, where you can find a wide variety of cafés, restaurants and pâtisseries. The sea and a pebble beach are located a pleasant five-minute walk from the villa, with stunning views of the entire Bay and the Grebeni islets.
